1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our design services provided by What Design Can Do. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Offered
We provide architecture, interior design, and project management services. Project timelines, scope, and deliverables are agreed upon before the project starts.

3. Payments & Invoices
All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Any delay in payments may affect the project timeline. Invoices are payable within the due date mentioned.

4. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, and drawings provided remain the intellectual property of What Design Can Do unless transferred in writing.

5. Revisions & Changes
Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions. Extra changes beyond the agreed limit may be charged additionally.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds will be provided only for the unused portion of the project based on the work completed.

7. Liability
We are not liable for delays or damages caused by external factors like third-party failure, site conditions, or natural disasters.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
